Author Guidelines

Everything you need to prepare, format, and submit your research manuscript to our peer-reviewed journals.

Before You Submit

Ensure your manuscript has not been published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration by another journal. All co-authors must be aware of and have approved the submission. Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English.

Manuscript Requirements

All submissions must conform to the following formatting standards before they are considered for peer review.

File Format

Submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex) format. PDF submissions are not accepted at the initial stage.

Typography & Layout
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Line spacing: Double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Pages must be numbered consecutively
Word Count Limits
  • Research Articles: 4,000–8,000 words
  • Review Articles: 6,000–12,000 words
  • Case Studies: 2,000–4,000 words
  • Short Communications: Up to 2,500 words
Figures & Tables
  • Figures: Minimum 300 DPI resolution
  • Preferred formats: TIFF, EPS, or high-res PNG
  • Caption all figures and tables sequentially
  • Do not embed figures within the Word document
References
  • APA 7th Edition (default style)
  • Citation style varies per journal — check individually
  • Minimum 20 references for full research articles
  • DOI links required where available
Ethical Compliance
  • Declare all funding sources and conflicts of interest
  • Human studies require ethics approval statement
  • Plagiarism tolerance: below 15%
  • Data fabrication leads to immediate rejection

Required Manuscript Structure

A complete submission must include the following sections in this prescribed order.

Create a free Author account or log in at the Scholar Dashboard. Ensure your profile is complete with your institutional affiliation and ORCID ID.

Select the Appropriate Journal

Browse our journals and choose one that aligns with your research scope and discipline. Review the journal's specific author guidelines before proceeding.

Prepare Your Files

Ensure your manuscript, cover letter, figures/tables (as separate files), and any supplementary materials are ready and meet the formatting requirements above.

Submit via the Author Portal

Upload all files through your Author Dashboard. Fill in all required metadata — title, abstract, keywords, co-author details, and ethical disclosures.

Track Your Submission

Monitor the real-time status of your submission — from initial editorial check to peer review assignment — directly from your dashboard.
